




Effective February 15, 2025, UFSO is excited to announce a promotion and the following personnel announcements:
While Paul Levos retains the position of CEO and focusing on the Purchasing Management functions, Peter Levos is now President and COO. He is focusing on daily operations and strategic operations, driving real time processes and all technological developments, including unprecedented Al functioning unlike anything the broadline industry has known.
Beth Levos is Chief Marketing Officer, focusing on UFSO’s brand development and cultural marketing efforts, while retaining some personnel and finance functions.
Mary Crooker is promoted to Executive Vice President of Category Management, leading UFSO’s category and contract management function, focused on relationship management with our manufacturing and supplier partners, resulting in optimizing a wider breadth and depth of UFSO’s good and service offerings.
Allyson Samsa is now Director of Category Management, striving on optimizing contract pricing and contract utilization for UFSO members.
